Born and raised in France, I've always had a passion for helping and serving people.
After studying and practicing law in France, I had an opportunity nine years ago that would completely change my life: moving to the United States of America.
After several jobs in education and customer service, I joined a Fortune 500 company in 2016 and spent the last five years managing and leading teams. I've had the chance to experience coaching directly with an internal coach and see the tremendous impact coaching can have on someone.
After seeing the positive changes that coaching brought in my personal and professional life, I wanted to learn and become a coach so that I could help people become the best version of themselves.
I graduated from Erickson Coaching International in 2022.

If you want to become the best version of yourself, you need to stretch yourself and push yourself out of your comfort zone.
"Change is hard but it is worth the reward!"
By asking you powerful open-ended questions, I can help you reflect on what you want, find answers and create specific and achievable goals, whether it is for a short-term or long-term goal.
As a leader and non-profit board member, servant leadership is my compass.
"Leading by example, active listening, open-mindedness, curiosity, empathy and trust
are values that are core to me."
I love helping people to find and help them tap into their talent to achieve what they thought not to be possible.
Whether it is purpose, balance or freedom (to be yourself or pursue your goals), we are all looking for harmony and bliss in our lives.
"I believe that living a life that is aligned with your core values will give you the harmony and peace that many are looking for."
This is also why I am fascinated by the Japanese concept of "Ikigai" ('a reason for being') that is referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living.
